I am trying to install Mini SAP Basis System from ABAP Objects CDs.
On running CD1 it is giving warning and Errors as follows:

On Clicking the SwitchView button it shows -----Currently There is no R3SETUP connected to this wizard.Please start R3SETUP on your target machine with the following options : - glocalhost:59595
Actually my system name is localhost and ip address is 127.0.0.1, and O.S. is XP.
Can anyone please tell me what these errors means and what I have to do resolve them.
Its very urgent.

You want to install SAP license via operating system.
Entering the License Data Manually
1. Log on as SIDadm (Unix and Windows) in the central instance of the SAP system. 2. Execute command saplicense -install. The system then prompts you to enter the following data:
Importing the License from a File
1. Log on as <SID>adm (Unix and Windows) in the central instance of the SAP system. 2. Execute command saplicense -install ifile=<filename>. Enter the name of the file you created in step 1 as the <filename>.
SAPLICENSE Command Options
-delete: Delete installed license
-get: Determine the Hardware Key
-help [option]: Display help for selected option ( get, install, temp, show or test).
-install [ifile=<filename>]: Install the SAP License. The optional parameter ifile=<filename> (or IFILE=<filename>) can be used to import the license data from the installation file.
-number NAME=<SID>: Output installation number
-show: Display all installed licenses
-temp: Install a Temporary SAP License
-test pf=<profile>: Test whether a valid SAP license is installed (SAP System must be started), see also Testing SAP Licenses
-version: Display version number of the saplicense program
